Growing love.... And vegetables :)

May I just say I am so excited about what I am about to post?! As a party favor, Emily got a" Bunny Garden". This is a small garden you start in an egg crate.

I am going to do a daily blog on how well these babies grow OR how fast it takes for me to kill them! Lol I'm pretty sure they will grow! This will be something so cute to look back on when Emmy is older. And hopefully we can keep this garden growing every year and it can be something me and my little girl can bind over. :)

Here are the steps we used!!!
1.) You take discs of dirt and dissolve them in warm water....
Mmmmmmm icky dirt!!! I let her do a lot of it!!!! Totally hands on!

2.) Then you put the dirt in the egg holes evenly. There are stakes to put in the dirt to identify which vegetable/fruit you have planted. They gave us green beans, radishes, yellow summer squash, watermelon, cucumbers and baby carrots. So stinking cute!

It also came with a chart and instructions for transplanting outside in the yard. I'm so excited!!!

Please tune in daily for "Emmys Veggies" and see how we'll they grow!!!

Much love and bean sprouts kisses to you and yours!!! 🌱💚💋

Sicky boo-boo

Our poor, poor baby doll has had a recurrent junky cough and snotty nose on and off for the past month... We think she is doing great and then BAM.... Cough is back. She had RSV in January and the doctors said she was going to be like this even why she is fighting the smallest cold. I hate to see her sick.

She was adorable even with RSV, a double ear infection and pneumonia... Those were the 3 scariest days of my life so far....
But our princess is a fighter and so tough and got through it like nothing. They tell you children are resilient, but until you have one that is sick or hurt, you really don't understand.
I am off of work tomorrow and I am going to nurture my Emma Lemma back to health with hugs, kisses, singing and maybe a little nebulizer treatment here or there. You all have a great day and know that you are blessed!!!

Hugs, kisses and butterfly wishes,

Xoxo

Fun in the Sun with Family!!!

Yesterday, I took Emmy and my nephew Anthony to my aunt Debbie's house to go swimming with her and their cousin Addison. For having 3 kids under the age  of 5 and only 2 adults in the pool, it was so relaxing! The older kids had an amazing time together, and Emily was loving her float and her puddle jumper in the water!!! I suggest puddle jumpers to anyone who has kids that need help swimming! Only 18$ and pretty much priceless for your piece of mind and reassurance your child won't drown!!! Thank you aunt Debbie for letting us come and for all the fun!!! And for my sexy tanlines... ;) here are some pictures!!!

So excited to see aunt Debbie and addi!
The kids having a blast!

No more bottles!!

Hello everyone!!! Here is a picture of Emmy and myself yesterday on Father's Day with my husband and my dad. She is such a miracle and a blessing to us all!!!

As of last week, there are no more bottles being used in the Riley household!! Our baby is a toddler now!!! I am so impressed with how she did Te whole transition from formula to whole milk. And then overnight we switched her bottle to her fave sippy cup!!! Thank god we have a laid back little mama...

We hope everyone has a great week!!

X's and many O's too!!
